Dr. Aaron Tan is an experienced dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon, who brings with him a wealth of experience working in prominent tertiary dermatology departments in Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom.

In his current NHS role as a consultant dermatologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital Trust, he delivers expert care in skin cancer surveillance and treatment, Mohs micrographic surgery as well as laser surgery. 

He is one of the few dermatologists who has completed two advanced dermatologic surgery/ Mohs fellowships : one at the St John’s Institute of Dermatology in 2024, another at the Skin and Cancer Institute in Melbourne, Australia in 2016. He also holds a Masters degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, where he was trained in epidemiology, health service research, and health policy. He holds fellowships from the Australasian College of Dermatology, and the Academy of Medicine (Singapore).

Dr Aaron Tan is also uniquely qualified in dealing with Asian skin, and understands keenly, the differences and demands of treating skin of various ethnicities. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2006, and completed his medical training and dermatology residency there. He worked at the National Skin Centre as a consultant dermatologist and Mohs surgeon from 2015-2021.
